| Description | Hi kerwin we received some report from VOC. TV model : : QN65Q90RAFXKR It happen 1_4 size of lefttop on sec TV. a resolution is only enabled on 720P , Disable 1080 and 2160. please user happen same issue via UHD4 and Smart3 in a field. so please check a log. | ||||

Hi Jason, Could you help to confirm how the log is captured ? From the log, I think that user set STB to 720P in the beginning and then try to set to 4K in Setting page, then 1/4 screen issue happens. Please help to confirm it. Thanks ! |

Hi Jason, Please prepare 2 FW or STB with Android 9 and 10 release to verify if issue still exists 1. Android 9 with HDMI patches (v15.520.100) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1il_c9r4hcU0Io0vuSSxzF2nmx_GziIT0?usp=sharing 2. Latest Android 10 for BMT (it is v15.522.34 now) Thanks ! |

hi kerwin.. ok I see.. I will bring first FW. But case FW,, It is difficult to revert android 9 FW on SKB STB. Do I give a guide via command about some path... example ..resolution...HDCP.... ? |

Hi Jason, I think you need to bring 2 boxes with different FW to save upgrade time at user's house. For commands for debugging, I think you can simply use "dumpsys" to get all system information. 1. adb connect XXX 2. adb shell "dumpsys > /sdcard/dump.txt" 3. adb pull /sdcard/dump.txt . I think we already know STB resolution/HDCP status in the log files. STB is set to 2160p and forced to use HDCP 1.4. You can double confirm by commands below cat /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/hdcp_mode cat /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/display_mode |
